Refund Policy
This policy explains how and when we issue refunds for returned or cancelled orders.
When refunds are issued
Once we receive and inspect a returned item, we will let you know whether your refund has been approved. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the order.
Refund timescales
Approved refunds are normally processed within 5 to 10 working days of us receiving the return. The time it takes to appear in your account depends on your bank or card provider.
Amount refunded
We refund the price paid for the returned items. Original delivery charges are refunded where the whole order is returned because it is faulty or was sent in error. Return postage is not refunded unless the item was faulty or incorrect.
Cancelled orders
If you cancel an order before it is dispatched, we will refund the full amount paid. If the order has already been dispatched, please follow our Returns Policy once it arrives.
Payment processing
Online card payment on this site is being connected and the payment provider is pending. Until then, order totals are confirmed directly with you and refunds are made to the method used for that order. For any refund question, contact support@nwdpet.shop.
