We sell ordinary pet accessories and home goods such as feeding mats, toy storage, walking pouches, towels and beds. We do not sell pet food, and we do not provide nutrition, veterinary, treatment, health or food-safety advice. Product images are for illustration; colours may vary slightly.

All prices are shown in pounds sterling. We take care to describe products and prices accurately, but errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price or description of an item you have ordered, we will contact you before processing the order.

Online card checkout is being connected and the payment provider is pending. No live online card payment is taken on this site at this stage. Where an order is arranged directly, payment terms are confirmed with you before dispatch.

Your rights to cancel, return and obtain refunds are set out in our Returns Policy and Refund Policy, which form part of these terms.

We provide our products with reasonable care and skill. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights or our liability where it cannot lawfully be limited. We are not liable for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the courts of England and Wales.
